shipping & Returns
All items are in stock and are usually dispatched on Monday, Wednesday and Friday if order will be placed before 14.00 .Please note that items purchased on weekends and bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery UK:
Royal Mail 2nd Class - normally 2-3 working days, but not guaranteed. Royal Mail First Class 1-2 but not guaranteed. Other channels like Hermes usually 3-5 days. Products heavier than 2kg will be dispatched by Hermes or other courier then in this situation if was chosen 1st class delivery , delivery will be within 2-3 working days from collection time.
Delivery International:
Royal Mail International Standard or Sign to the EU Countries - normally 5 - 8 workings days, but not guaranteed. Other countries – 7 – 15 working days. Please be aware that sometimes parcels are kept by customs services to check value or what is inside, that can make delays.
If the item is not delivered within 8 working days from the date of dispatch (UK) or 21 working days (International). Please contact us by email or through your account.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, local postal service or International Customs inspection. If you provide an incorrect delivery address and we are unable to deliver, we give the option to change the address and have to make payment for postage again, of course if item will be returned to us. The Delivery charge will not be refunded, or with FREE shipping we will deduct our shipping cost from product price. Also make sure that the product is legal in your country, otherwise packaging will be returned or destroyed by customs service in this situation you can lose money.

Please be advised that the following charges may occur:

1 Item returned by courier due to a non-delivery (Customer not at home) or refused delivery = We will deduct out shipping cost
2 In the event that an item is returned by the courier as a non-delivery and the goods are still required customer will pay for another postage cost.
3 In the event that an item is returned to us by the courier as customer not collected from Local delivery office = We will deduct our shipping cost In these circumstances these charges would be levied from your original purchase cost at the point of refund. In situation that the product will be returned, please contact us about this fact because return address is different than the posting. In this situation we cannot make a refund until customer will contact us.

Returns Policy
The Returns Policy only applies to products purchased from this website. Customers can return products unopened, unused and in the same state as was sent by us within 7 days of delivery. We cannot accept returns of medicinal,herbal, homeopathic and multivitamins products due to health & safety.
If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incorrect order, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. We strongly recommend that should be sent by a recorded delivery service. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods upon the return of the product(s) to us, provided you have returned the goods to us in their original condition at our Returns Address ‘SHIFT STORE, PO BOX 955, Worcester WR4 4HQ’ within 7 working days of delivery.
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used or paypal.
The Returns Process
If you want to return the product please contact with us only through your account on our website, or original email address which was used to purchase the product/s first. Then after that please pack the product safely and add order reference number on packaging before will be send to us. Once we receive the product/s we will make a refund.
Out of Stock Products
We always try to fulfil your orders at 100%, however, sometimes it might happen that an item will be out of stock. If that happens, we will inform you by email as soon as you have placed your order. You will be given the choice to put your order on hold until the out of stock item is available again, or to request your order to be shipped without the unavailable item. If you choose not to wait, a refund will be given to you for the out of stock item/s.
Please note that if after we have emailed you about the status of your order and we haven’t heard back from you within 3 days, we will automatically refund you the out of stock item/s and dispatch your order without it.

Before the product/s will be dispatched:
- you may cancel any order for products at any time before we dispatch the products - if you cancel an order prior to dispatch and you have made any payment in advance for products that have not been delivered to you, we will refund these amounts including postage.
- if you cancel an order after dispatch, we will not be able to cancel your order until it is delivered. In this case, if you return the product/s to us, you will have to pay the cost of returning the product/s back to us. This will not affect your refund for the product(s) only will affect delivery charges.
