HOW TO USE

Use 30 minutes before a meal, half a scoop (5g) twice a day (preferably before breakfast and lunch).
Before use, mix the product in 250 ml of water, yoghurt or tea and drink it immediately after preparation.
The minimum fluid consumption per 5 g of the product is 250 ml.
During the treatment, it is recommended to consume 2.5 liters of water and take a daily walk.
In rare cases, digestive disorders, constipation and flatulence may occur as a result of consuming too little fluid.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
In order to achieve optimal results, use for a period of at least 50 days with a break of about a week after 25 days.

CAUTION

People suffering from intestinal obstruction, diarrhea, fever should not consume this product.
Use Colonosan Q1 at least 1 hour before or after taking your medications.

STORAGE

After opening, store in a refrigerator in a tightly closed container. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet.
