usage
Shake well before use. Atomiser directed towards the open mouth and spray the inside of the mouth or added to water, juice, or other liquid. Folic acid in the fasting state and together with a source of vitamin C (eg. Orange juice) increases its assimilation.
Recommended daily intake
 
Recommended daily consumption during the day - 4 or 8 * applications. 4 (8 *) applications represent 100% of the recommended daily intake (RDA) of folic acid (vit. B9).
