Ultra Baby anti-diarrhoea sticks have been formulated with Saccharomyces Boulardii , a tropical strain of yeast, to meet the nutritional needs of children from birth, in cases of acute diarrhoea, even when taking antibiotics.
What do Ultra Baby sticks do for diarrhoea?
This is a probiotic that contains 2.5 billion Saccharomyces boulardii CNCM I-745 yeasts per stick. This type of yeast is generally intended for special medical purposes. Indeed, they are used in the prevention and treatment of gastroenteritis or diarrhoea associated with antibiotic therapy.

Diarrhoea can be caused by several factors, such as antibiotics, during travel, by a virus or by an intestinal imbalance. It is generally treated by taking probiotics which have the benefit of being anti-diarrheal. This is why Ultra Baby antidiarrheal sticks are perfect for restoring the intestinal flora thanks to the Saccharomyces Boulardii yeast which helps to modulate the permeability of the intestinal wall while providing an anti-inflammatory action.

The Saccharomyces boulardii CNCM I-745 yeasts present in the Ultra-Baby stick are recommended by the European Society of Paediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition (ESPGHAN), as a complement to oral rehydration.

How to give Ultra Baby?
1 to 2 sticks per day.
Mix the contents of the stick into a child-friendly drink or food.
If bottle-feeding, allow the bottle to cool before adding the contents of the stick.
Ultra Baby can be mixed with oral rehydration solution.
