Sportenin homeopathic medicine comes in the form of chewable tablets. It is traditionally used in case of cramps, body aches, or muscle fatigue. It is used during sporting efforts or physical overwork.
 
This product is for adults and children over 6 years old. 
 
The homeopathic strains are:  Arnica montana 9CH, Sarcolacticum acidum 3CH and Zincum oxidatum 3CH.

 The other ingredients are: Glucose monohydrate, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, citric acid monohydrate, natural lemon flavor. 
 
Before the muscular effort you must take a chewable tablet the day before or just before the event.
During muscular effort, one chewable tablet every hour is recommended. 
and after the muscular effort, you must administer a chewable tablet, to be renewed every hour until improvement.

You should not take more than ten chewable tablets per day . It is advisable to take them not with meals.
