Omega VISION combines omega 3 with carotenoids, vitamins and zinc:
Omega 3 (EPA and DHA) are so-called "essential" polyunsaturated fatty acids because they are essential for the proper functioning of the body, which cannot manufacture them itself. They must therefore be provided by food. DHA, vitamin B2 and zinc are known to contribute to the maintenance of normal vision .

Carotenoids : lutein (extracted from marigold), lycopene (extracted from tomato) and beta-carotene (extracted from Dunaliella salina algae ) are precursors of vitamin A, also known to help maintain normal vision.
