Blackcurrant , which contains flavonoids, contributes to the proper functioning of the joints .
Turmeric is an active ingredient of natural origin which contains a polyphenolic pigment, curcumin, known to preserve the good health of joints and bones.
Nettle and millet contain silica.
Harpagophytum procumbens , used in Europe since the beginning of the 20th century, is very rich in harpagosides from its secondary roots.
 
USE: In the morning at breakfast, take 2 teaspoons or 10 ml.
Take pure or diluted in a glass of water or fruit juice according to your taste.
