Carominthe, oral solution in drops is a homeopathic medicine. It is traditionally used in case of difficult digestions.

The other components of its formula are 39% V/V ethanol, orange blossom water and caramel (E150).
 
Usage Adults:
20 drops, 4 times a day for 3 days, then twice a day for 15 days , preferably between meals. Reduce and stop after improvement
 
Product should not be used in children, or in case of allergy / hypersensitivity to any of its components. Contains the Pulsatilla strain, so it should not be used in case of sinusitis or otitis without prior medical advice. Is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women , due to the presence of alcohol in its formula.
