product contains cold-pressed, unrefined black cumin seed oil. The seeds come exclusively from Polish crops. Black cumin contains many ingredients that have a beneficial effect on the body.
INGREDIENTS
Black cumin seed oil 500 mg (Nigella sativa) cold pressed and unranked, humectant: glycerol, capsule shell: gelatin, purified water, antioxidant: DL-alpha tocopherol (Vitamin E).

HOW TO USE
2 capsules a day, drink water.
The daily dose contains:
black cumin seed oil 1000 mg
vitamin E 2.5 mg 25% RWS *
