Psyllium MyVita is a single-ingredient dietary supplement suitable for use by adults. Psyllium seeds, naturally rich in dietary fiber, will prove useful as a supplement to your daily diet.

Psyllium husk  ( Plantago psylium  L.), also known as African plantain, is a plant whose seeds provide large amounts of dietary fiber, mainly insoluble. Psyllium husk seeds , when placed in water, swell and secrete a characteristic mucus contained mainly in the seed coat.
The recommended daily portion of the MyVita Psyllium dietary supplement is 45 g of seeds in 3 divided portions. Product can be consumed whole or after grinding and pouring water for 10 minutes. The resulting gruel can be consumed on its own, or added to oatmeal, yoghurt, cocktail or fruit salad, which makes supplementation easier. The recommended daily portion provides as much as 28 g of fibre.
The package with a convenient string closure contains 200 g of psyllium seeds from Polish crops.
 
 
Recommended intake
How many psyllium seeds can you eat per day?
Adults: 10-15 g three times a day.
Pour 250 ml of water over 2-3 teaspoons and leave for 10 minutes.
Then stir and drink.
