Ingredients: sunflower oil; capsule shell: gelatin, humectant: glycerol, purified water; Quali®-E D-alpha tocopherol; menaquinone-7 from natto VitaMK-7®; Retinyl Palmitate; Quali®-D cholecalciferol.
 
Usage: 1 capsule a day. Drink with water.

Vitamin D 50 µg 1000% NRV *
Vitamin E 12 mg 100% NRV *
